 at 10:22 PMhey everyone!!! hmm recently been reading the chinese daily devotions by Rev kong Hee!!! :) its nice, one of is that touches me the most is about THE TOUCH OF FAITH, the woman with the issue of blood, this woman had this problem with her blood for 12 yrs of her life, seen alot of doctors but still cannot heal her of her sickness. she knew that Jesus is coming through the town. she squeezed through the crowd, she said to herself, if only i could touch the hem of Jesus clothes i will be healed, she kept reciting it by her mouth n confessing the promise of God. romans 10:17 says that faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. this passage really struck me that day on the way to work, becos i feel very lousy recently about myself, been badly commented by my colleagues again at the face n i reli drag my feet to work. but i know that if i confess positively what God's wants to tell me, i can receive the blessing that He wants for me on the day! remembered that Gershon once says that he began to confess that "today is another day of victory!" thou he dun feel like saying and the situation is telling him otherwise from what he is going to confess. he still obey God to speak to his situation n believe God word, that he hears n began confessing! :) Just like the woman with the issue of blood, the power of God just flows down from the clothing becos the woman believe in her heart and trust in God's word. confessing + action = results! xoxo, you know you love me |
